May I sit in and watch a class before I join?

Yes, everyone is recommended to come and observe the class before attending. We want potential members to see how our program works before signing up.

Are there trainers monitoring during the workout in case I lose my balance?

Yes, our member’s safety is our top priority. There are trainers and volunteers who look out for everyone and help them during the class rotations.

How do I get started?

Contact us at 817-731-4665 to schedule a time for you to come and observe a class. Once you observe a class, you can pick up your forms for your neurologists to sign you off. We will then place you in a class that is suitable for you.
